Processing: Cherries are dried under the sun, placed on African bed wood from 120cm of height with a 3-5cm thickness plastic net, ensuring there is air circulation in the environment. Farmers stir the bed every 20 to 30 minutes for uniform drying. Moisture is being checked after 10-14 days.
