Processing: The coffee is processed using the Natural method. The ripedned cherry is handpicked by the farmer, then placed into water tanks to remove the floaters. The coffee is then sorted to remove foreign matters such as leaves and twigs. It is then dried on a drying bed until moisture reaches 11.5%. The coffee is then processed in the hulling machine to move the mucilage.
